We're the first to provide tasting notes and guidance for meats from specific farms, ranches, and butchers. We help you learn what styles of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or goat that you prefer and where to buy them.
I created the concept of Artisan Meat and evaluate, rate, and create professional tasting notes for individual farms, ranches, and butcher teams. Some call me the Robert Parker of Meat, others Beef Geek.
